Nur Tucker is an award-winning underwater and equine British-Turkish photographer based in the UK. After over 20 years as an investment banker in London, she left finance to pursue her passion for photography. Her work focuses on nature, especially oceans and horses, hence the name of her website, “Equus and Aqua”, from the vibrant, often hidden underwater life, to the dramatic presence of wild and semi-wild horses. It has been published internationally in magazines such as Ocean Geographic, Plongez, SCUBA, and Black & White Photography. She is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society and chair both the British Society of Underwater Photographers and the Sub Aqua Group of the Royal Automobile Club. For her, photography is not just a creative outlet, it’s a way to connect, explore, and tell stories through light and movement.
