Pascal Monteil began his work using various media, including photography, painting, and digital collages. In 2015, he chose to focus exclusively on textiles, developing a body of work that now includes around fifty tapestries.
As the Museum of Jewish Art and History prepares a solo exhibition showcasing his large-format pieces within its collections, this catalogue aims to bring together the majority of his textile works. It will feature a conversation with Paula Aisemberg, along with texts by Natacha Carron, Vullierme Rayas Richa, and Pascale Samuel.
