Description
Since 2011, Vincent Munier has travelled for several months in the region of Kham, from the desert steppes to the sources of the Mekong, passing through the foothills of the Kunlun mountains.
Harsh terrain, high altitude (5,000 metres), extreme weather conditions, encounters with nomads and difficulties with Chinese authorities have made this quest a strong adventure in a region of the world that is not yet accessible.
His companions also bear witness to their own experience, in the footsteps of the snow panther and other fascinating species of the highlands
This notebook accompanies the photographic book TIBET, mineral animalby Vincent Munier and Sylvain Tesson (sold separately and available here).
